Mainstream Youth Dramas and High School Dramas have a longer and more detailed opening title sequence than the independent ones as they have a budget to get a larger team behind them and more production companies to support them who have to be named.
An independent teen drama may just have one production company to support them and fund them as the film does not guarantee large profit.
